Reactions range from "outrage" to "heartbreak." The video footage of the last few minutes of Robert Dziekanski's life has just been released online and has quickly gone "viral." Millions of viewers around the globe are astonished by what they see. • A public inquiry into Taser use and the death of Robert Dziekanski began in Vancouver in May 2008. Known as the Braidwood Inquiry, the closing arguments were to begin on June 19, 2009, but were delayed after a surprising e-mail surfaced that showed the officers may have been discussing the use of a Taser even before they arrived on the scene, which would contradict the testimony they had already given. The inquiry was set to resume in September 2009.
