The results on election night 1964 indicate an end to the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation's 20-year reign in Saskatchewan, but CCF leader Woodrow Lloyd won't concede anything just yet. Liberal leader Ross Thatcher is claiming victory, although the CCF is counting on recounts and late ballots before the legislature is formed.
